Traffic warden's eh!
Saw a traffic warden in Uxbridge the other day on one of those little peds they ride about (there are metre bays right outside my office). The warden had parked his moped on double yellow lines so that he could give some other cars (who were in bays) tickets. Defies belief! I stopped and pretended to take a picture of him on my phone and that made him quite nervous. Saw anther traffic warden (actually 3 of them, 2 were being trained by a woman) and they were putting tickets in cars that still had 20 mins left on the meter. Overheard her saying that "Chances are they will be a minute late and then we've got 'em". Felt like piping up but couldn't be arsed. Best one though was when I saw this BMW Z3 pull into a meter bay and then the driver produced and put a PCN notice on his own car!! Genius as they can only issue one per vehicle. Wonder where he got it from, maybe a previous PCN but it looked unopened. Could be a cool loophole.
