Oil change

Planning on doing an oil change this weekend. Is Castrol R4 the best oil to use?

I'm sure it's a wonderfully slippery oil and certainly exceeds all Suzuki's requirements. Do a seach on here as "Which type of oil & filter to use" has been covered quite a bit. Loads of really good comments and recomendations have been made.
