Just when I thought things had settled down, it all blows up again.
I really am looking for something new, now, and this time it's urgent.

We can't move, got a bit over 3 months left on our tenancy agreement.
I'm gonna phone some agents now. I've already got an interview on the 1st, but it's for a job where I'm really going to have to pull out the stops to convince them that I'm good enough, plus it's in London, so would cost me a fortune in travel.

WRT pulling out the stops, emphasise to them that you a nice relaxed easy to get along with guy, while at the same time being focused.

If they have given you an interview, they have already more or less determined that you are competent for the job. Now, they want to test all the things that are not on the bits of paper you gave them.
I just know from experiance here, even if someone is really well able to do the job, they end up being a nightmare cause they are
1) dicks and impossible to talk to, or
2)completely scattered.

I'm looking at anything within 100 miles of Swindon, really.

Tara, the stuff falc does, isn't really my area. I can't claim to know more than the rudimentary stuff about networks.

Meh, I hate job hunting with a passion. Actually, I think I said that last time, as well.
