**Warning** Dukes Pass!!
 

Was at Thornhill last night and talking to some bikers who had just come over the Dukes, they said they had done most of it at about 10mph. The council in their infinate wisdom have put down loads of patches of those nice loose grey chips right along the road. Apparently they havent even spread them in sections like they usually do but just dumped a couple of wheelbarrows of them wherever they have felt like it. (presumably where the road was showing signs of wear.)
Took a quick nip up and the first one I got to was about 4 feet wide, 2.1/2 feet long and abiot 4 inches deep at the centre of its mound. :evil: :evil:
It was pitch black by the time i got there so didnt go any further.
Just a warning, watch yourself if you are heading up that way anytime soon.

another reason to avoid like the plague. did wibbly wobbly yesterday and apart from the one bit with the landslide the road was dry and sheep and diver free. nice and smooth :lol:

i done the dukes last night and out of the 7 of us 5 had major wobbles this is shocking as it isnt in big patches its small ones just as u get ready for or comin out of a bend.... :evil: fookin idiots someone will be killed so please peeps take it easy''''' :wink:
