balanced the carbs.....
 

...and they seemed to be great..... for a day !!! Now im back to the juddering, is it possible they need doing a couple of times to get a true balance or should i look elsewhere ??

Have a look and see if the carbs are in the engine inlets properly and tight. I managed to pull mine out slightly when i last balanced mine :roll:
The engine won't draw in mixture properly if there's a leak :wink:

Also check nothing loose on the carbs, this too gave me probs 8)
