Recomendations for a garage to mend the SV?
Hello all!
I am based near Hackney (Stoke Newington) and I was wondering whether somebody could point me to a garage in which I could leave the bike for mending... As long as it is reliable I don't mind having to get a man & van to move it there... a close one messing around is going to be more money/time expensive anyway!! If I don't get any answer I will probably try to leave it in Essential Rubber, is "down the road" (2 hours pushing the bike, I am picturing it already) and they are good chaps... Cheers!! L PS: ummm... dislocated shoulder is a bummer... painful as hell, but today I have been in the hospital and the physio wasn't looking too much freaked out... I will start physiotherapy soon... |
It will cost loads to fix unless you are getting any kind of a payout its better to do it yourself or someone else to fix it. Ebay is your freindn and will save you looods.

Iknow.... but if I do it bymyself is going to take ages and I am going to mess up...
A one off, painful and expensive is preferrable to have the bike on parts for three months... I don't have the toolset or the time.... mmm... |
Whats wrong with it?
Is it just that it won't start or do you know if it's something more major? I'm in East London, based near victoria park. I know a thing or two about bikes (I build my own), The hardest thing to do is the cosmetics, but so long as you get it riding then what it looks like is the least of worries!:) So, can you elaborate on the damage? p.s. - ebay is definitely your no. 1 friend!! |
