Hi guys,

Sorry I've been awol but I was so depressed on Thurs I just threw all my kit together and went to the big larp event that was on this weekend (which meant i switched off my phone to conserve the battery).

Might not be able to get out on the bike as I'll have to see if I can get my lid on... my main problem being the great big swollen black eye I've come home with. :D

I got smacked in the face with a pole-arm in a night battle and dropped like a sack of spuds. :lol: I've got a cut along my left eyebrow which has been stuck together with steri-strips so I'm not a pretty sight right now.

May need to get my vision checked too as I can't see properly with that eye now. :?

Glad you all had fun whenever it was you went out/met at the barge.

Somehow that is so unbelievable that I just wet my pants laubhing :? Secondly, I can think of better things to do over the long weekend than running round a field dressed up as fred flintstone bashing people over the eyes with sticks :smt044
