Home at last !!!
Well my SV650S is now, finally sitting in my garage.
Had a mate bring her home for me and have had a couple of runs up and down the road in front of my house (private gated community) managing to get up to the heady heights of 24mph !!!!! Have added a tank protector (Oxford one, clear) but have muffed it up a bit - I cleaned the tank with paper towels 1st but still seem to have a lot of trapped air bubbles - any hints Anyways, very happy its finally home, now just to get that licence (and off the Cg125) David |
i mucked up the oxford clear tank protector in the same way :? debating whether to try it again but it's been on for a couple of months now so getting it off...hmmm...and i might just muck it up again!
when i was putting it on, i got rid of most air bubbles by rubbing them out....same way as when you attach graphics/stickers to a car. hmm actually that might be the solution - you are meant to attach those with soapy water, and when it dries it is attached correctly...i might give that a go - cheers! |
