Bloody incompetent Eurosport - Moto GP Result Spoiler
 

There I was this morning, sat in front of the google box, mug of tea in one hand Bacon and Egg butty on a plate on my lap and jasper showing me his big sorrowful eyes.

Settled down an hour of MotoGP, first lap and Rossi takes the lead 30 seconds into the race and the sports headline ticker announces Rossi wins Malaysian GP.

*******s *******s *******s, totally ruined the race for me. I had deliberately avoided the radio, only turned the TV on just in time for the race etc. Somebody there needs shooting. I notice though that they quicky took it off the ticker and never repeated it. But too bloody late

I know, I know, but was it ever in doubt (sorry, don't really follow any racing - but I get the impression he is like Schumacher at the top of his game?)

That sucks Tim, superb race though, didnt know who was going to win till after that last corner...

...unless you got told in the opening lap :roll:

I managed to avoid it, then enjoyed watching a propper race, big up to dani pedrossa who i dont particulary like for getting a third pretty busted up.

bloody annoying when sombody tells you the result b4 the end of the race though

Stu..With respect you have commented on two racing threads and only displayed your total lack of knowledge of the subject matter! If you actually had watched the Moto Gp race you would in no way of thought the result was any kind of foregone conclusion!

Totally agree mate, as I said above I don't follow any racing very closely, sorry, should have made that clear on the Schumacher post as well. I'm happy to be enlightened by you, Fizzwheel and all though.
It was just that I hear mostly about Rossi, and assumed that he was currently winning a high proportion of the races, and I hear less about Schu now it's all Alonso, so I thought he had faded away much more than he apparently has done.

I was in the same boat this morn.. no chance of getting up early enough to watch the live version, so i enjoyed a extra hour in bed.. only to be woken by my son telling me who'd won :evil:

What about Jasper though?
He was too busy with the egg butty to notice the ticker? At least he could get some edge of the seat action.

My mate's cat is more of a darts man. He loves those close ups.

Recorded it on the DVD player and watched it when i went to bed as i was on a run to cleethorpes yesterday. Great race :thumbsup:
