Silverstone GP - £149 - any good?

I'm itching to do a track!!!

I would have but I only did Brands the other day - did Silverstone last year, awesome and very fast track - as long as its dry its a great track (except the silly chicane bit they put in before the straight). Have it :twisted:

It would be good to do it with some mates. All of my usual track buddies have no money...

I'd pay about that for a full day at Knockhill, and you get about 4 times more track with Silverstone :) Plus, our facilities consist of a coffee machine and a wall to sit on.

Next season yes, october is almost fully booked for me, track daying at cadwell on the 14th with the bike, dad's tracking the Lotus at Croft the weekend after, and I need to find somewhere to live the other weekends!

I'm booked in on the 3rd October with a couple of people from work. I thought it was a pretty good price given that it's the full GP circuit. They seem to charge 150 for the indy at Brands and 235 for the full circuit around the same time of year.

Would be cool to meet up with some people. Who did you book with? Mind if I tag along?
