to much petrol coming out my scooter
 

im having problems with my scooter it keeps flooding ,when i check the spark plug for a spark i get one but if i put my hand over the hole where it goes, while using the kick start ALOT of petrols coming trough,maybe to much.does anyone now whats causing this n how to fix my scooter,please help.
