The twin exit blue flame went on a week ago without baffles
Barks n pops......joy,
Put baffles in........errr.......NO,
back out again.....hurrah......BUT,
I know it's illegal and if I get pulled by the fuzz (ouch :D ) I know the outcome :(
So along that train of thought, what could I do to keep hold of my precious beer tokens, yet still keep the growl,

Back to work we go,
made a dummy baffle for the lower tail pipe, inserted the top baffle,
Still got the muzik but looks (kinda) legal

What do you think?
Could I get away with it, or am I under estimating the rozzers

That does look legal.

But why insert the top baffle pipe, could you not make 2 fake inserts just to add that little bit of extra pop and growl.

Oh and are you going to be making and selling these??

Have you thought about doing a 'half-way' baffle that is a perfect balance between all or nothing?

I'd buy one if you were selling!
