cleaning titanium can

i have just got a titanium can, is it ok to polish with autosol?

All I do with mine is wash it normally and then give it a spray with WD40 and the wipe it over with that. It really doesnt need anymore than that.

Not sure about Autosol, what does it say on the autosol instructions about using in on Titanium, personally I wouldnt, I'd be worried it would be to abrasive and you'll end up with a can covered in tiny scratches.

Autoglym shampoo, water, chamois leather dry. Job done.

Unless it's a mirror finish, I'd say you're fine to use autosol, mine is titanium and the whole system get an autosoling and it comes up beautiful. If it's a mirror finish even just autogylm resin polish or similar will be fine.

Use Autosol on my Ti Akrapovic can, only a little, does a great job.

Autosol is an abrasive polishing agent, if you can get something clean with normal bike cleaning products then do that, if there is an area where the finish needs restoring then you can try things like autosol but be careful as it's easy to end up with a patch where you've been working either brighter, or duller than the surrounding metal.
