speed meter 2002->2003 ?

can i buy a new SV650S(2003~) speed meter to replace my 2002-SV650S?

Do these two meters(2002,2003) have identical adopter?

my bike is 2002-sv650s.i like new clock(2003~,sv650).

Err no, the clocks are diffrent between 2002 & 2003. Even if you wired most of it up the revs would not work unless you are realy good with electronics and can create a IC conversion circuit.

Basicly not worth it.
