top 10 best places to live in UK
 

anybody see this on Channel 4 last night?

i live between number 9 and number 1, and i have to say i'm astonished at Eastleigh being at 9 ! :shock:

Winchester is mighty fine and thoroughly deserving of top spot tho. wish i could afford to live there....

i saw a bit of it not all of it tho, was inpressed with the result tho, only 20ish miles from eastleigh, good enough for me, cant complain with ringwood, small "chav" problem, but hay now adays ware dont!!!!!

I live in number 8 - Epsom and Ewell - it is nice but I don't see why it got number 1 last year!

Merthyr Tydfil 3rd worst. Can't argue with that.

The by-pass means that we don't have to go through the place on the way to the Brecon/Mid Wales anymore.

No surprise to see those London Boroughs so high in the "worst" section. The comment about Islington says it all.

Apparently i live in the 7th worst..... Still, cant have it all.

I am currently paying a large amount to move to Oxford and it didn't even get a mention! It looks nice to me...

I live on the border 10th placed West Dorset... I grew up in Sherborne.
