oh sh#t my loverly silver bike :( white van man turned right at a filter lane on red and i T boned him at about 30mph :( my bikes a mess and i'm feeling alittle second hand. i will post some pictures when i'm feeling alittle better. :( lets hope the insurance give me an easyer ride :?

Ouch. Sorry to hear this. Get onto the insurer ASAP and go to town with the details, include absolutely everything you think is relevent, that way you'll lose less time with them writing to you to ask for more info it. Once the case is underway, chase them regularly (every week, every 2 weeks at the max). If you don't they will just sit on it for months at a time doing nothing.

Hope you get it all sorted fairly swiftly.

they all bugger'd off and i had taken a bang to the head so i wasnt thinking straight.

So sorry to hear of this. Was the junction covered by CCTV? Might make up for lack of witnesses.
