For anyone thats been to the NEC, did the guy on the Victory stand follow you round with spray and a polishing cloth?

I sat on the Vegas and Hammer and each time he was there the second my feet hit the ground buffing away, I can understand the chrome grips needing polishing but the seat as well! (and were not talking a quick wipe here either). I wouldn't normally mind but I'd changed my pants 'special like.

Did anyone else suffer this indignity?

So now's not a good time to mention the Rhinestone chaps then? although those ass studs might explain all the buffing :?

Aww, I never got to the victory stand. I loadsa fun at the H-D stand. I didn't sit on any of the bikes, just walked up and touched them with a disgusted look on my face. Y'know just clearing my throat and shaking my head in a very unimpressed manner. When I got to the XR1200 I started banging on about the rigid front brake discs, while flicking them with my finger. I left when I had emptied the stand...

I didn't sit on the Victory cruisers myself but I didn't see anyone buff the seat after this person got up.
