Red light - wot red light

Oooopps

Went straight through a red light on the way home tonight!

Noticed it when I was half way across the junction.

That makes me a prat then!!!!!!!

I was once in my car in Yeovil. Driving up the hill by the fire station and saw this bloke just walk out in front of me :toss:. I was on the horn in a flash and the window down politly passing the time of day (as you do). Drove on past and gave a last look at the prat, only to notice RED LIGHT.

I know how you feel

It happens. Sometimes I can arrive somewhere and not have the slightest clue how I got there or remember anything about the drive/ride.
As the signs on the motorway say, Tiredness kills, take a break. I'm honestly not preaching 'cos I'm as bad as everyone, but we have so much more to loose being on bikes! I always use mine whilst on nights 'cos driving home in a cage is a recipe for disaster. There is a set of lights where I always fall asleep on the way home, but on the bike, well, a bike don't exactly stand up on it's own now does it....

No its not the best place to do it...

Always seem to do it when I'm on the way home ( I live round the corner ) after a long ride or when tired at night, as Bluepete says, not good for riding or driving when your that tired that you arent paying attention properly anymore.
