So this happened....

Hi all,
I was coming home from work fri night, pootling along at 30 when some woman in a passat decided to pull out of a junction right in front of me. Needless to say i went right into her and did this.

That wouldn't be too bad in itself but theres a dent in the frame, so i'm considering a daytona 600. Any opinions?

By the way all that happened to me was a broken wrist and a few bruises, all my gears trashed but i guess thats whats its for.

Ride safe people, keep those spidey senses turned on!

Cheers, Matt.

At least your not too badly injured mate, the bike can be replaced.

I've not stopped seing bike accidents these last few weeks :(

Glad to hear you're not too shabby.

Personally, I'd leave the bike as is, more aerodynamic that way...

I'm with Baph, I was just thinking it looks fantastic like that. Like it's stooping for prey :)

I like the Daytonas myself, had a wee go on one a while back and it was great. Superb chassis, perfectly good engine ("Not as good as the japanese" is true, but still ace)... I'd want to upgrade the front end a bit, I think it lets the package down just a little- not that it's bad, but it's not as excellent as the rest of the handling package. Plus, they look like a Pokemon :)
