Ebay scam?

I recently sold my old Sony W800i mobile on ebay for £100. (well done me I thought!) The phone was packaged in the orange manufactuers case and a body glove case as well. The buyer had it for two weeks then complained that it didn't work and kept switching off. She has since made an official paypal complaint as the goods were substantially not as described on the auction.
Now, does she have a case?
My thoughts are she left it too long to complain, the phone was exactly as described on the auction and was well packaged.
If she won't leave it and sends it up to paypal to decide what can I do? Am I being scammed?
I don't use ebay much (only bought three things and sold two) so any help would be appreciated.

This is the link to the auction

just tell ebay it was fine when it left your hands and you think you might be being scammed?

get the product back and resell it.

I think you're safe if she had it for 2 weeks before complaining.

Did you have a returns policy option set up? "If not satisfied return within a week" sort of thing....

was it honestly ok when you sold it? if it was, i would not worry

she could have dropped it or anything in 2 weeks. to late for her to complain .......IMO

You take your chance on eBay, you're not a shop after all.

Whatever you want to do, get the money out of your paypal account before they remove it and refund it to her. She can then send you a box of dog**** to get proof of postage and you're stuffed.

To be honest, at two weeks I would consider having them send it back and I'd refund, depends on how they were with me and how confident I was in the item.

but then he would knowingly be selling a dodgy phone

True, true...I just though if he got it back, then he can see if it still works or not. Maybe it got damaged in transport or something?

I would ask for her to send it back and if it is damaged or a different unit itself, I would tell paypal this.

Paypal, I find, are crap when dealing with this. Being the seller, they always seem to take the buyers side. :x So this way, you get the item back, inspect it to see if she is trying to scam you.
