Some background ... *My local Morrisons had a 2 for £2 offer ... and I was seduced by that as I walked past and the fact that my complete ineptitude when it comes to cooking shouldn't mater ;) ... even I can measure some water, use a whisk and turn the oven on!! :lol:

The results are quite impressive actually :)

Although I'm not a chocolate nut, I'll have to admit to having a soft spot for chocolate brownies... but they've gotta be REALLY chocolatey...

They just don't look brown enough in the picture... Do they turn out more chocolatey than they look? With chunks of melted chocolate inside?
