Help Please

Oh god this soulnds more complicated than it probably is but can someone help me out on this or at least tell me where i can get some help.

Last week i rescinded my notice and decided to stay i have yet to tell my new company as i am waiting for my boss to put my new deal in writing, in the meantime i've decided i actually want to leave (yeah i know complicated) where does this leave me do i have to work yet another months notice? or can i just go on the original agreed date? i'm confused

IMO (strictly just my opinion), you have nothing in writing of a new offer.

Do you have anything in writing that you have retracted your notice to leave? If you haven't, have a word with your boss, and tell him/her that you've thought about it, but still feel it's right for you to leave. See what they say, as technically, nothing is in writing.

Also, consult someone like CAB :)

Citizens advice start the best place it is

Depends did you put any of this in writing or was it all agreed verbally that you would stay ?

If I were you, I'd start with the HR department, and your boss this afternoon, then continue with CAB tomorrow.

CAB will only ask the same questions as we have to start with. Make sure you can answer them before you go for advice ;)
