Who's up for celebrating it on the 5th then? :drink: I posted in the competition sticky, but I guess nobody looked at it (or everyone ignored it!)

Need some folk confirmed so we know if it's worth doing or not. People might be broke or all partied to death so this may not be a go'er anyway, but the hangover will have gone by then and how many folk had their night ruined by a cancelled street party :cry: and could do with a consolation **** up? :P

Given the folk who responded to the competition sticky so far, looks like Edinburgh's the place. Meet at the Tron again, though we don't have to stay there (unless you really want to get passively stoned, or directly if thats your thing! :smt033 ).

I would propose making it a "partners welcome too" night and put some names to faces? My wife gets all confused about who's who when talking about rideouts and stuff. The only person she doesn't get confused with is KG and thats because she has met him and can visualise - see my thinking here? Will boost numbers too. And they can swap stories about being near dropped off the pillion :lol: :twisted: :lol:

I'm off to the garage to take a parafin soaked brush to the underside of that bike!!

happy new year, i'll be there, solo though, haxels working fri and sat. plus i can drink more when shes not there, no "think you've had enough" voice in the background. sorry i've not posted earlier but disaster at home, lost laods of slates in the wind, had no elec for 2 days, no heat not light, thats what i get for living inn the country. hopefully be back on line tomorrow , boworing neices xmas laptop at moment, getting pelters for being anti social at party. spent hours on roof in the wind rain and sleet trying to patch things up, frozen snotter by the time i was finished, and no heat or hot water in the house. never complain about being cold on the bike again. take care all and hope you all ahd a great xmas and new year.

I'd said I would be, but it's my dad's birthday so I'm not 100% I will be now :( Hope to though.

This looks like a no go guys, as far as i can see theres one definate and one maybe. obviouslly a bit too close to the festive season for most.
