Fastening kit for K3 pointy fairing lowers
 

I asked a question in another members thread http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.php?t=49678 but thought this section would be read more often.

Anyways, I'm after the fixing kit for my K3 lowers. I contacted local suzuki shop to find out you can't buy the fastening kit seperately, as the fastening kit only comes with the fairing lowers, so you have to buy the lowers as well :shock: They are taking the pish!!!!!

If I were to buy the screw fixings from htp://www.tastynuts.com/site/frameset.htm, as above thread had suggested, would I still require brackets even if I had the offset R&G crash bungs fittted? :smt102

yer there are another set of brackets that fix the bottom of the fairing on down next to the sidestand.


It wont be hard to make up your own brackets tho. Once you,ve got the fairings fitted into the rad and with the r&g crash bobbins you'll see where you need to attach the bottom too.
