Top Gear Hampster Crash To Be Shown!?

Reports in the news claim that the vampire crash is likely to be included in the first show on January 28.

Clarkson :"Half the world wants to see the crash so I'm sure we'll show it.. We're looking into whether we've enough footage of a good quality to show it.."

The beeb are yet to comment.

Do you think it should be shown?

My personal viewpoint is... Hell yeah!
Not just because I like fast things and crashes, which I wont deny either. But also because it demonstrates the dangers of driving fast... so I think the bbc would be irresponsible to not highlight these dangers, hehe!

my opinion is, if hamster wants it to be shown, then i have no problem with it being shown.

I think that the decision should rest finally with the Hammond family. If they are OK with it then noone else really has much of a right to naysay it.

If hammond says yes, then i'll watch on!

I expect he will - we all want to see what he walked away from!

Don't see a problem with showing it if he agrees. He's probably quite proud of it, I know I would be.

If he'd died, on the other hand, then it would be poor taste.*

*I hereby give permission, should I die in an exciting and spectacular manner whilst being filmed, that everyone can watch it.

Can't see any reason at all why not. Ooh, it turns out motor sports are dangerous. Whatever you do, let's not let the public know...

What's the worst possible outcome? Someone sees it and realises that doing daft things in cars might mess them up? Oh no!

I would guess Hammy will be happy for it to be shown.

But the thought of watching it happen makes my own stomach flip so I can only guess how Hammy'll deal with it. It's like 100000 times scarier than watching your own bungee video...

(and I know exactly how I felt watching mine)

Still, can't see any reason why they (or Hammy) wouldn't.

according to the report hammy hasn't even seen it, but wants to as much as everyone else does, as he aint got a clue what happened, lol
