Daytona Triumphs over Gixer Thou for Chicken Strips

OK my rear tyre profile (and tread) is pooped. But Triumphumphumph on his Trumpet has me beat fair and square on the chicked strip front. Same tyres, same journey.

Cheers for todays rideout mate

Nit picking Beenz? Only a couple of mil in it... Must've been a good day out though.

Will suspension differences etc make a difference?

Possibly, but the rider makes the real difference. The Gixer is quite a bit lower than the 'old' Strumpet maybe that has an impact.

....nah, not looking for excuses, Triumphumphumph was on better form. An impressive bke that 'old' Daytona. I still prefer the Gixer though, although I had a couple of slightly worrying power slides that nearly resulted in skid marks today. A top day out.

Its not a race

Great ride for the time of year bud!

There's nowt in it.

I think it was that last rdbt that took the last mill off mine; you know the one where you you thought it would be a good idea to try speedway style!

So so good to get back on two wheels!

Is that when you have you're heart in your mouth? If so that will certainly explain it!

Credit where credits due. If Squirrel Hunter was with us he'd have had the first post on the ride out before we'd have got past Malmesbury.
either that or gone pine sniffing
