Could've got a 2 bed place (or a 3 bed house) for A LOT less on the estates... but I went to the estates... :smt104

So I decided its better to push a bit higher in price to get something a little smaller but nicer in a 'nice' area. It's a posh little cul-de-sac. Just 'round the corner from this AWESOME looking old pub. :)

Not sure how the neighbours will take to Roger though... :lol:
