Urgent help with regards which Oil...

Please help.
My SV650s 2000 says it needs SAE 10W-40 with API Spec of SF or SG.
I couldn't find any with that spec anywhere and have since found out that the SF and SG has been discontinued.
Any tips on what spec oil I could use instead????
I've got some SL/CF is that any good??
Please help!

Any Semi Synthetic Motorcycle 4 stroke Oil will be fine. Look on the back and it will have the API standards (SF SG SH etc) on it in small print seperate from all the sales blurb. If it's SG it's also SF, if it's SH it's also SG & SF etc....
