I saw that, but did not see the SV as there was police and ambulance. I must have passed at 6:10pm ish and all was on the side of the street to allow traffic to pass.

at the point where the traffic comes in from the left before the aquaduct? i hate that part becasue it can be hard to judge if people are going to pull out or not
