Massive Performance Increase

Well I took my SV out for its last ride yesterday, as its new owner (Richard_1069) is picking her up tomorrow :smt088

And wow super performance increase!

You may be wondering what this relatively cheep and guaranteed performance increase was, well I've lost 2 1/2 stone since new year, and boy oh boy I can tell. It’s a totally different bike to ride, I love it.

Only another 2 stone to loose now

2.5 stone in a month and a half? Doesn't sound too good.

I'm no expert on the matter, but my understanding is that it's quite unhealthy to lose weight that quickly. In addition to that, you can get stretch marks from losing weight too quick (everyone thinks it's just from putting on weight, but losing it fast can give you them too).

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to lose 1-1.5 stone, but I'd be cautious of doing it that quickly.

Stretch marks are already there dude, and im feeling better than i ever have done. Dr's say my cholestoral and all that stuff are all cool, i think it just suits some people better than others

In that case, congratulations are in order!

Well done. :D

put it this way im glad i never got round to buying a full set of leathers, as none of my clothes fit properly.

Ahhhh you have chosen well young pedawan. You'll love the Daytona it's a great bike. Don't worry about strapping luggage to it as mentioned in your other thread, it's easy and there are loads of places to put bags/panniers/tailpacks etc. I've had mine 2 years and I've decided I'm going to keep it as I just love it to bits.
Get yourself a race can and enjoy.
