Waterproof Electrical Connector

I want to have a waterproof connector under my seat to plug the tyre inflater in to. Also one to replace the one that comes with the Optimate, because it is pants.:toss:

So I'd probably just have the one connector from the battery, and change the connectors on the inflater and Optimate so that I could switch between them.

Does anyone know where I can get some?:D

Fit a cigarette lighter, then get the corresponding socket for the optimate

You can buy optimate's accessory socket but i don't think it works as a cigarette lighter...if your a smoker that is ;)

..and you can use it to charge your phone

And plug in a sat nav system. Why spend £400 on a tomtom rider when you can get the Tomtom one for £200 and keep it in the top of your tank bag. Seen a few couriers using them plugged into a ciggy lighter.

Yeh I thought about that but is it really watertight? I don't want live terminals open to the elements.

I've put mine under the pillion seat so it's not out in the elements ;) but if i was going to use it for sav nav etc, i'd buy the optimate's accessory socket which is weather proof.......apparently :)
