My sv after a clean, with new can
Now that my bikes out of action for a while, I eventually found the time to upload some photos taken a few weeks back of its new can, fairing, seat cowl, and wide chicken strips - I have no idea how it got them though, I must lean more than I thought on that back road to uni.

Re: Bf/carbon can
whats wrong with the engine?
|
Re: Bf/carbon can
Give the engine a thrashing? Have you only just run it in?
Nice carbon-fibre can btw. Must get pics of mine as well when it's back from the dealers. |
Re: Bf/carbon can
was on a rideout, we all stopped for a chippy, about half an hour l8r we went back to the bikes, I started her up and there was a big bang through the exhaust, and 1 cylinder failed, then the other 1 stalled after a few seconds, It could just be something as simple as the spark I've been told, but Its just annoying not having access to my bike, and with no cage, I'm stuck with the bus 4 now.
Law - nah, she's at 4,000 miles now, so hopefully get its service done at the same time |
Re: Bf/carbon can
I know what you mean about not having access to the bike. Mine went in last Wednesday for it's 7.5k service plus other work. It's wierd, not seeing my bike in it's usual place. :(
Hopefully your engine problem is something simple. :) |
