tip-over sensor/switch..?

hi...anyone know if there's a tipover sensor/switch on pointy sv's? i'm hoping its not the box alongside the battery as i need to move it..!

when i binned mine it flipped over and the engine cut out so i assume it does have one, search the old treads and see what it comes up with :D
