FAO Filipe/PH
I know PH aint around much at the moment, but still.
Question, if a package is being sent from Barcelona, and is apparently marked "La Phonaire" (that's how the English woman on the phone pronounced it). What will it be? My instinct would be a phone, but it could equally be a bomb for all I know :D Reason for asking? I've just had the strangest conversation with someone. Woman calls my VoIP line that I've only had in operation for the last 2 months, and don't remember giving the number out.... "Hi, is that Mr Robertson?"...."Hi, it's... from PNT, we've been trying to deliver a package to you, but haven't been able to find your address, so it's been sat here for about a month." ... "It's from a company in Barcelona, marked La Phonaire, the address I have for you is.... Do you want me to send it back to the retailer or can you confirm your address & we'll try again, either way, no charge to you." Erm. What? I have no idea who PNT are, I haven't ordered anything from Spain, let alone a new phone (but if it has a digital camera & is a decent one, I'll be keeping it ;)). Yet they knew my phone number, my name, and only had my address slightly confused. How weird is that? Should I be cautious when opening it? :D |
Re: FAO Filipe/PH
You sure they didn't say TNT. Could be a bomb or just a crap courier company that will deliver it as if a bomb had gone off inside it.
How perculiar:confused: |
