They mentioned one bike, not in particular because it was a bike and how they haven't been tested with it, but just because he appealed.

It appears that the ACPO dont want to back down on this, and to silence the public, extremely high court costs are being passed on to the defendant in the event of a failed appeal.

no wonder people are up in arms about it ,,,i knew they werent always accurate but this proves it beyond doubt:toss: the lot of them
