Dead LED indicators (motrax indi question)

Has anyone else experienced problems with LED's dying in LED indicators? I have a set of front & rear Motrax points ones and between the rear pair only 5 of the LED's flash. Pretty pants! :(

They can't be a year old yet.

Never had the LED's die, but have has boards/wires die and need bridging or re-soldering.
