Ok i amlooking to change my sprockets and chain..

15 / 46 and need a longer chain dont I?..

so where do u guys get yours from?

andhow often do you chnage your chain /sprockets on average miles?.. I know it depends how you ride etc

I got my last from demon tweeks, not the cheapest place and i change mine on average about every 18months

B&C Express. 15/46 & chain, £104 ish IIRC. Fitted only a couple of weeks back (6 tops maybe).

On a 15/46 you can keep the standard chain, but only just, it's a VERY tight fit when putting the wheel back on!

what do you think of converting it to a 520 chain good or bad idea
