last year i had a web site link that told you of all the houses sold in your area and the prices which they actully sold for, it was called know what your neighbour paid or something like that? does anyone know of this link because ive somehow formatted and lost it.

New sales take about 3 or 4 months to appear here.

if you register with right move(just go to there web site)-they'll send you house sold prices in your area once a month.
