Nah, I still can't walk properly so both car and bike are out of action for this weekend.

Nope. Been training to get fit(ter) over the last 6 months with the goal being last Sundays Brentwood half marathon. Calf muscle tore after 4.5 miles but being the psychotic idiot that I am I didn't want to waste the effort I put in so carried on in agony and tried to run through it. Finished in 1 hour 48 mins but at some considerable cost to my leg....
So, swimming it is for a month!
