GM seaside rideout

Just trying to work out a route for another GM rideout (fingers crossed eviltwin won't still be bikeless by then).

Anyway, I'm very keen on getting brekkie at the chalet (like on sunday) and then heading to the coast somewhere. Anyone got any recommendations for good places to visit on the coast? I've got a few ideas but woud be great to get some input from you guys.

I'll also make a new thread so people can vote for a possible date for a GM seaside rideout

I did a rideout last year to East Wittering, easily go to West Wittering which is the sandy beach. I'll try and put together a google map at some point. What roads/routes did you wanna re-use from the last rideout?

As long as Sarah gets her egg and chips she's happy! She won't care what route there is apart from that :D

Jelster, I found Route66 to be more comprehensive about portuguese roads and IIRC easier to use than M$ Autoroute. Have you tried it yet?

The problem with west wittering is the cost of the carparking about £4 each i think :smt102

Maybe, but I do have Autoroute and I've got a route that could be of use... And I can upload routes to my PDA with it...

Maybe the new Gmaps thingy will work (if I can find out how to use it...)
