Anyone here fancy joining the essex boys for a run up to Duxford on Saturday?

If I'm up early enough I'll ride up to Boreham (A1, M25, A12) and meet the others there at 9:30ish.

Otherwise, I go up the A1 to Baldock, then the A505 through Royston to Duxford. The A505 is quite a nice road and I'll probably go home that way afterwards.

Watch out on the A505, on the eastern side of Baldock. I've seen coppers parked up just off the road with their spped trap ready.
As you go through the tunnel and down the hill, there's the turn off for the eastern approach into Baldock. Where the on-slip run out look down the bank on the near side and there is a track at the bottom giving a good vantage point for said plod!

They nearly got me!

Look forward to seeing you all, hope to leave Boreham about 10am, and might not do the full run as I'm not too sure my tank is big enough!

I'll try to make it up to Boreham for about 9:30 - 9:45. I'm easy to recognise - apparently I look like a goat!

Can you pm me your mobile number anyway, in case I can't get out of bed in the morning? Whereabouts is the Comfort?

Right oh, well I'll try and get to Boreham too around 9.45. I'm easy to spot, blue pointy SV and black Bering jacket. If you could PM me a mobile too that'd be appreciated.

So, as per the other post,
We are recognizable by the lack of SV's and abundance of Triumphs normally:smt025


Will be meeting outside the ladies loos by the BP at Boreham services on the A12.
Meeting at 9.30 for a 10ish leave.
Taking a slightly round-a-bout route...... :thumbsup:
Comfort for brunch and then on to Duxford.
