Newb - Yep another one!
 

Hello all,
I am just getting ready to purchase my first SV. I think I'm going for the yellow, half faired "curvy" as you all put it. I'm in the States so not sure if we call it "curvy" here, but I like it, so I'm sticking with it. lol
I am 39, 5'4 and about 115lbs. So before I take the leap, I thought maybe some of you could enlighten me on some of the cons the bike may offer a short/petite chick. :D I've been on a 98 Ninja two-fitty, and am flat footed on that bike. I have put maybe 800 miles or so on it and am bored already.
So, enter the SV. I just want to make sure it won't be too much bike in terms of deciding to throw me off the bike.

wilkommen.

Loads of short ar&es have a curvey so the height thing shouldn' be an issue.

I've got a 29 inch inside leg & can put both feet down with a slight bit of raised heel on one side.

Do a search & you'll find a few other similar threads.

The SV should be fine for you as it's a short ar$e bike. Always worth testriding one first tho, just to make sure you're comfortable on it

Welcome, welcome indeed :)

You'll be fine on the SV. Don't worry about getting flat footed, plenty of short arsed herberts like me haven't had both feet down since their 125 days!
