Appraisal for the job that I am just bored of. It's not like I hate it or the company or the people, they're all fine, I'm just a bit full of ennui.

Anyone got a cure?

I think I just want to go for a blast on my bike & hoon around - esp. when th weather's sooo nice!

Looks like I'll put on my happy-face & say that "everything is fine, love it"

All you can do unless youve got a problem with someone and thats the time to bring it out. Am eagerly awaiting mine to vent some spleen at my "fellow" shift managers

I've found it very helpful to be in a bad mood when I go into an appraisal ;) It does no good to be all sunny and smiley, just as it does no good to be really negative...

I just had the worst appraisal I've ever had.

And I should be the angriest bunny on the org at the moment but actually I don't care.

So much I could say, so little I care to waste my breath.

Sorry to hear that. I had such a bad one I decided on a career change! Best to give it a few days - and you'll care even less - I guess.
