Gsxr Forks Mudguard Mounting
 

I have a set of gsxr 750 upside down srad forks to fit my sv650 curvy.
the forks have two mounting points for the mudguard,the top mounting has no thread,at first i thought the bolt had been sheared off,but both top mounting points either side have no thread and look like they are plugged.is this standard.

i am also looking for someone who can remachine the top of the legs to get some marks out of the alloy,any ideas
