Rear light wierd

Hi guys

I have a problem with the rear light is that when you put the indicators on, the first 2 rows of LEDs dims inline with the indicator when flashing?!

Whats wrong, help!

apart from that i have been on a blast and got a good 170 miles before light comes on, making that 57 mpg! :)

Hi..

Can't say I know a hell of a lot :scratch: but it sounds very much like an earthing problem....have a good look at the connections and wires.

Any other ideas guys? Could be looking at a new unit, but its fine when the inidcators are not flashing! hehe

With normal bulbs it really is a sign of a bad earth. Run a wire from the earth on the light unit to the neg cable from the battery - just for a test. If that fixes it do something a bit more permanent - and maybe a bit shorter!
