Help, bike blocked in!

Looked out my window today to see someone has blocked me in. I park chained onto a lamp post with my foot peg jammed into so my bike doesn't move in the wind. Normaly not a problem to get her out as I just go forward a few inches and wiggle her about a bit, but some lovely person has parked so close to me that I can't even straighten the front wheel :smt013 So now I cant move her forward or back. I dont even know who owns the car all I know is that it has a habbit of sitting in the one place for days on end, anyone got any suggestions on what to do?

Also when they parked they parked the car they bumped my disc lock nearly jamming it onto the disc but with a bit of force I managed to free it.

Does it have tax? Are they allowed to park with 1 wheel on the road (our council is hot on this kind of thing!!) Perhaps set the alarm off (by accident!) and see who come running!

I have checked the tax disc not due up till june this year (more's the pity!) even his tyers are fine :( and there is not alarm on the car. If the cars on this side of the road didnt park with wheels on the pavement it would bloke the whole road so everyone turns a blind eye to it :(

Other than using your friends to bump the bike out or move the car I cannot suggest anything else legal!

Leave note on their windscreen and request they leave their details on your bike as they have bumped it. For insurance purposes.

get four or five largish guys and bump the car out of the way...

either out into the road or all the way into the pavement (if you can get out) - will leave that up to your discretion;)

The guy that owns the car is a refugee and his english is bad, the only reason I can't get hold of them is we stay in a mutlistory block with 15 floors so dear knows what level they are on never mind what house, will try a note see if he understands it.
