Sv650 sport
Hi guys,
I'm looking to buy a sv650 sport and wondered about the seat cowl. Is it merely a cover that hides the original seat? My missus may want to go on it with me from time to time so just wanted to check. I though it would be better to buy the sport because i'd only want the lower fairing later on. Does any one know who sells it the cheapest? I'm from south west bristol. Cheers ;) , Andy |
Re: Sv650 sport
It's a replacement seat, but totally reversible- at least, I presume you still get the pillion seat with it! Just clips on in the same way as the seat.

Re: Sv650 sport
Oh right, if you get an original seat in addition to the cowl then thats cool!

Re: Sv650 sport
I jusst bought one of these.
You get the Cowl which is when removed can be replaced with the seat and grab rail. All are included, you dont have to buy anything extra. |

Cheers Graeme,
Good to know! Missus wouldn't be pleased if she couldn't get on the back occasionally ;) |
Re: Sv650 sport
My missus is exactly the same, she is getting annoyed with me going out on my own to bed it in as she wants to come.:(
Soon be there though, 500 is nearly done and first service is on the 19th |

Re: Sv650 sport
I bought a brand new sv650 sport at the weekend from V & J Superbikes in Bridgewater for £3995. Dont know if they have any left though. I searched everywhere and that was the cheapest i found.
