I used to ride on the promenade walls along brighton (saltdean, actually) seafront that hung over the sea below (there was no beach, well, rockpools at low tide)

In hindsight, i was really stupid

At the time, i was pretty handy on a pushbike and could balance forever

Thats the Cliffs of Moher, County Clare, Ireland. I've walked on that ledge, easy to get to. He's wheelying and leaning away from the edge, so it could go horribly wrong but not much chance. Still I wouldn't want to try it.
