2001 sv650s instrument lights?
 

hello I am a proud new owner of an sv650 love it, am I a bit slow or is this bike supposed to have instrument cluster lights? If so, how would I change the bulbs or check a fuse/relay. I noticed this the other night riding, unless I am not turning them on or something else tried using the high beam switch but noting. May sound like dumb question but I am no expert so if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks
