Bandit Forks in a SV?

Tried a search but not found much.
There are rumours that Bandit Forks (K models) will fit straight into a SV (K model)
Does anyone know if this is true? Or do you need a complete front end?
Cheers.

Are the Bandit forks that much better that it's worth the aggro? Wouldn't a set of springs and heavier oil be easier and cheaper for probably more benefit?

If it's 600/650 forks, they're no better but might be cheaper, in the case of a damaged front end? But no idea how well they actually fit, they're very similiar.

I'm trying to work out the feasibility of fitting a GSXR600 K1 front end; it seems it would work, and there is some stuff on ebay thats quite cheap (weather its any good though?). GSXR forks would be alot better, and those are right-way-up (conventional) so wont spoil the original look of the SV

Speak to TSM, he's your RWU GSXR man ;) SRAD 600 yokes will probably work better than K yokes, as they're on more or less the same pattern as the yokes. Also, the SRAD wheel looks just like an SV one, right down to colour if you shop around- nice.
